I had one small claim for her breaking her dual claw at back of her paw. She needed to be sedated in order for the vet to fix her up. 123.ie paid out without qualms and made it easy to claim. Customer support was A1 and this years renewal is the cheapest of all I've reviewed. I'd have no problems recommending them. I insured my pet with 123.ie last year. I never knew what my insurance covered - well now I do. And no hard sell!
